DESCRIPTION:Connecticut River One-Design Charity Regatta an exciting river race\, it also serves to draw attention to the work of SAILS UP 4 CANCER\, a local organization providing hope for cancer patients and their families.  \nTeaming up with several clubs on the lower Connecticut River and Connecticut Shoreline: Essex Corinthian\, Essex\, Frostbite and Pettipaug\, as well as Duck Island Yacht Club will cooperate to run a one-design regatta on the Connecticut River scheduled for Saturday April 30th\, 2022. The regatta is open to any One Design fleet that has 5 or more registered boats: Ideal 18\, Etchells\, MC Scow\, Laser\, JY‐15\, Bluejay\, RS Aero\, and Etchells\, all have local fleets that we are encouraging to participate.  \nView Event Flyer \nBecome A Sponsor \nParty Tickets \nCreate A Fundraising Team \nBoat Registration

DESCRIPTION:SU4C 2020 Annual Appeal: The Unvitation \nNo need for a new dress. No need for a designated driver. No need to leave the house. No need for a mask. No need to check the calendar… because this is not an invitation to a party\, but an invitation to give. \nSails Up 4 Cancer was unable to have fundraising events in 2020\, thus losing a much – needed revenue stream\, but the need to help cancer patients and their families in our community is more important than ever. \nThe donations from this appeal will go to our Spinnaker Fund to provide direct relief to those in the community undergoing cancer treatment that need financial support. So this year please send what you would have spent to attend an event to support SU4C. \nYour generosity will have an immediate impact in the community.
